We provide customers the right to cancel the service request if they have a genuine reason for cancelling within 7 days of purchased date. You have the right to cancel your service request and request a refund under the following conditions:
1) if they have not received the email / attachment within 5 working days.
2) if customer made different purchases of service and chose a wrong service by accident and would like to cancel the order.
The decision of refund will be based on the below mentioned refund policy. After cancellation of the service, we will refund the amount within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be paid using the same channel of purchase to the account provided during the service request. Your admission are subject to cancellation if the below mentioned has been noticed:
