The price applicable to a translation service will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the services (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular translation service may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available to new users only. 

All completed translations will be delivered digitally via email address provided at the time of registration. 

  • Contact Method
    After completing your payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. A member of our team will then personally reach out—typically within 24 hours—via email to confirm the details of your request and assist with the next steps.

  • Document Submission
    Submitting your documents is quick and secure. You’ll receive a secure upload link in your confirmation email where you can easily submit your files. The link will be available for 48 hours before it expires. We accept common formats such as PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), and image files (JPG, PNG). Alternatively, you can email the documents directly to us as attachments via info@cdtansgp-international.ndz.co.in.

  • Completion Date
    Once we receive your documents, our team will assess the content and send you an estimated completion date. Most standard translations are completed within 3 to 5 business days. For larger or more technical documents, or if you need expedited service, we’ll work with you to meet your timeline.

  • Delivery Method
    Upon completion, your translated documents will be delivered to you via email as high-quality PDF files. If certified hard copies are required, we offer postal delivery options to ensure you receive printed and stamped versions on official letterhead (additional charges may apply).
